If a new project has just been created in Sage 200, there may be a short delay before you can see it in the Project item list.
Sage 200 will update the list on a regular basis; but if you have a large number of projects, this may take a short while to complete (usually no more than 10 minutes).
Projects might not appear in WTE if:

You cannot edit timesheets and expense claims if they have been processed and have a status of posted.
If the item has a posted status, you can view it by clicking Detail.
The Edit option will only be displayed for items that have a status of saved, submitted, authorised or rejected.
If an authoriser rejects your timesheet, they can include a comment to explain why it was rejected.
To check why it has been rejected:
Select the Rejected summary view (in Timesheets).
This will display any items with a rejected status.
In the Rejected list, check the Reason column to see the authoriser's comment.
Tip: If you can't read all of the comment (if it's truncated with ...), hover the mouse over the comment and it will display the full text in a pop-up.
